In Maharashtra’s Kolhapur district, it was revealed that 58 lakh 8 thousand INR were robbed in the form of Bitcoin (BTC) by showing the lure of 180 per cent return. A case has been registered against six persons in Shahupuri police in this regard.
Sheetal Suresh Wankundre has complained to the police alleging that the fraud took place at Saudamini apartment in Tarabai Park for the last five years till date.

According to police, Sheetal Wanakundre is a computer instructor. Kedar Ranade had started an office called Ranade Consultant in Saudamini apartment in Nagala Park. Ranade and his associates lured Sheetal Wanakundre to invest a total of Rs. 58 lakhs and 8 thousand ($76K) they took money from wanakundre in the name of investment from July 2016 till now. But they did not give him any refund.
After demanding the money, they evaded him. After this, Wanakundre filed a case against 6 persons at Shahupuri police station.
